- You will be notified via email if you have been accepted for the unit
- NO REFUNDS or waivers for the application fee
- Applications take 1-2weeks to be processed.
REQUIREMENTS TO BE ELIGIBLE
- Must have ID in the application
- Must have pay stub/proof of sustainable income
- NO Evictions in last 7 years
- NO violent criminal history in the last 7 years
- NO pets (support/service dogs are allowed)
